Bob Hooper, Bogue, is a 1963 FHSU liberal arts graduate and
a grassroots activist who writes a regular, frequently political
column for The Hays Daily News;
Dr. Andria Cooper is an assistant professor of justice studies
at FHSU with a special interest in civil liberties pertaining to
search and seizure;
Dr. Jerold Brown has been a fellow of the Combat Studies Institute
and professor of history in the Department of Military History
at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth since
1984.
