interest of facilitating more effective service to the FHSU
community, staff members from the CTC HelpDesk, CTELT, The
Learning Commons and Tiger Info met to clarify communications
about each of our roles and each of our missions. We created
a magnet (shown above) with brief descriptions of services
in each area and contact information.
When you field questions, especially from students, please
take a moment to glance at the magnet to locate the best
source for help. Our goal is to resolve questions upon the
first contact and consistently provide quality service.
