FHSU Campus - Memorial Union
The Physical Plant serves as the physical support group for all academic units, academic buildings and Residential Life buildings on campus. The Physical Plant is administered by Jim Schreiber and Ken Jacobs, Co-Directors. Feel free to call the Physical Plant office at (785) 628-4424, with any questions or concerns.
Departments
that fall under the Physical Plant "umbrella" include:
Building Maintenance, Construction, Lock Shop, Custodial,
Gross/Cunningham Complex Operations, Sternberg Operations,
Grounds, Motor Pool, Akers Energy Center, Warehouse, Mail
Center, Printing Services, Environmental/Safety, and Residential
Life Maintenance.
Students, faculty, staff and visitors enjoy the beauty of
the campus quad. The picture above was taken just south of
the Memorial Union.
The Physical Plant supports a special campus initiative called
the Clean and Green program.
