With majors and minors in Management and Marketing and programs in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, and E-Business for Entrepreneurs and Small Business, the Department of Management and Marketing has the largest and fastest growing student enrollment within the College of Business and Leadership. Our latest initiative is offering a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management online.
The Department has highly qualified professors and instructors with decades of academic and practical experience who contribute to the excellence of the department. The faculty spends a lot of time getting to know the students individually and encouraging academic success. Collectively, the faculty has more than 120 publications and working papers, several books, and many national and international conference presentations. Faculty qualifications are maintained through membership in business organizations and through professional service as reviewers and editors for refereed journals.
