Support Services
When it comes time to set up a satellite downlink, connect through FHSU's IPTV system or have your course material duplicated, go no farther than our Media Support Services.

CTELT has the capabilities of delivering Satellite Downlinks to FHSU's students, faculty, departments, colleges and external parties.
If you find downlink that interests you or could be of interest to faculty and staff in your area, we can help you get the program scheduled.
Similar to the cable system CTELT maintains the University's Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV). Faculty members may provide their own videotapes or choose one from the CTELT video library. Then CTELT will play the recording at a scheduled time. All you have to do is tune into the right channel.
CTELT offers high quality video conferences that consist of full-motion, full-screen video and whisper quality audio. Additionally our video conferences are equally effective whether they are used by one person or a room full of people. FHSU uses standards based IP (Internet Protocol) via reliable Polycom equipment for high compatibility with practically any other room or location, including single user webcams. CTELT provides video conferences to many groups including FHSU students, faculty, and staff; state agencies; high schools; federal, state and local governments; and the U.S. military to name a few.
