Departmental Quality Initiatives

Annually departments are asked to submit a couple of important quality initiatives. These initiatives are meant to be significant and something that each unit expects to focus on for the year. This strategy was implemented in 2002 and continues to allow departments to focus their efforts in particular directions of their choice.
