Message From Dr. Rucker, Chair
Welcome to the Department of Accounting and Information
Systems. The department offers degrees in Accounting, Business
Communication, Business Education, Computer Information Systems, and Office Technology.
The curriculum has been designed to respond rapidly to the
dynamic, changing needs of the academic discipline, industry,
and community.

Technology changes so rapidly in our technology-driven world
that many times one must run faster and faster just to keep
in place. All course offerings in the Accounting and Information
Systems Department are regularly reviewed and redesigned to
incorporate the latest technological trends into our curriculum.
