A growing number of home-schooled students are forging successful careers
at Fort Hays State University. However, since you may not have a traditional
high school diploma, your application might be slightly different.
The first important step is to get on FHSU's mailing list. Once you
are on our list, you will receive all the important information needed
in preparing to attend FHSU. To get on our mailing list, please e-mail tigers@fhsu.edu and
please include your name, address, phone number, when you plan to attend
FHSU, and your intended major(s).
Another important step in looking at FHSU for college is to come for a campus
visit. During a campus visit you will be able to tour campus and meet with
a professor in your anticipated field of study. To schedule a visit, please
call 1 (800) 628-FHSU or e-mail us at tigers@fhsu.edu.
